Surface inspection

By using state-of-the-art equipment such as the thickness measuring device that precisely measures the surface thickness in order to decide what type of coating method to be adopted.

Surface inspection

Different approach on surface preparation is carefully selected by our seasoned experts on determining which type of cleaning method is the best fit on different type of surface. Grinding, paint remover and laser cleaning are the methods adopted in BPC.

Surface inspection

Application of powder coating on materials is conducted in a sealed chamber with state of the art equipment adhered to environment and safety standards. The powder coatings is evenly attached on the material surface by electrostatic charge. Then, it will proceed to be cured at a constant temperature of 200 degree celsius for 1 hour to perfection in bonding.

Surface inspection

The process ends with vigorous measurement on various parts of the material in order to maintain quality of the coating, the coated surface has to be measured with consistent thickness across the material's powder coated surface.
